From Prague airport:

You have to reach the motorway D5 in the direction of city Plzen, after 80 km use EXIT 81 Plzen-Jih and continue on motorway direction of Rozvadov (German border). After about 45 km use the EXIT 128 Bor and drive the route 21 direction of towns Plana and Chodova Plana. From Chodova Plana it is about 7 km to Marianske Lazne. When you reach the Main street in Marianske Lazne, drive straight, pass the traffic lights and drive to the end of the Main street (about 1 km). Turn right and continue driving, turn left and on your right hand side there you'll see the hotel.
